Way cool.I got into a headstand today. Ok Ok so I had the help of a wall, but still... I did it! I was so surprised I stayed up for a minute and then came out of it and just stood there. I have wanted to do that for 2 years! Very very cool.
On another note, am on the other side of ovulation and the bowel is functioning again, and I still have not come across any specific info about hormonal influences, but I will... I did come across a great web site though. Sheila sent the link. Thank you Sheila!
