It's been hectic and potentially stressful lately at work. I managed to allow myself one day of stress blow out, and didn't even have bowel problems. I think my attitude of late is a great help. Am trying to live in the moment (and as we all know this is truly easier said than done), and not think of all the evil stress of the future.

That said, I still need to manage my IBS diligently. After the experiment with both dandelion and with acidophilus, I realized that while these are good for the occasional problem, they are not routine.

Routine is still my morning hot water and lemon to boot my system, followed by an acidophilus shot and an apple/aloe juice and fiber chaser.

So today I decided to see if I could tolerate some cheese, now that I have been 99% SCD legal for over a month. Got a monster headache and bad gas, so I guess that answers that...
Oh well.
