Here's the thing. I have a big test coming up in a few weeks - 16 days to be exact. And as it gets closer I get a little more nervous. So the little things get to me, like that high pitched night noise, whatever it is. I don't sleep well. My body gets all jumpy and twitchy and I get palpitations. YET, through all of this my bowel has been a marvel. It moves every day, often twice! Yippee!
It must be the magnesium and vitamin C, and probably the B6 and bioflavanoids too. Amazing what a little nutritional boost will do.
So now all I have to do is try to calm down. One day at a time.
My mantra is "I can do this". I only get one chance, so it's a bit nerve wracking, especially 'cause I'd like to pass AND do well. I'll settle for just a pass though. OK bowels, keep up the good work, and please tell the rest of the system to follow your lead!
Later.
