It's Saturday morning. Slept well. Awoke early - b/c I am in the habit, and b/c my body was saying let's go make doodies. This last week or so has been phenomenal. Easy elimination, and full.

So, what was going on the week prior? Is it really just the body making adjustments? Will I ever know?
Probably never know.
I hate that.

Been eating well too. I guess that's part of it. Check out Mike's Flog for our meals and you will see how great our meals are.

I find that I am predisposed to sweet foods. For example, I like the raisin/almond mix we make. I prefer sweeter veggies ( little or no salt, and lots of spices work for me), warm flavors, comforting textures.
A great snack is peanut butter and honey, or with some strawberry compote (no added sugars or other stuff). Or homemade monster cookies, or dried fruit.

And that walk after dinner has become almost an addiction. Can't go to bed without some movin' around!

More later.

30.4.01

Reading the last post makes me realize I must post more often...
Since that post, I had about a week of constipation. Was it due to the medication I took for the skin thing? Was it hormonal (premenstrual)? Was it an aftershock from having been ill for ten days?
Maybe it was a combination of all of that.

I was beginning to doubt whether I had really achieved better level of health, or if my body was just saying 'no'.

However, I got over it. Altogether I still feel pretty good.

A little tired, but that is likely due to coming off of a stressful two weeks, health and work wise.
As well, I am anticipating being pretty busy through the summer. And my husband has started noticing the partially finished projects around the house. Now THAT is stressful! (I guess I better organize a schedule for completion for the project manager!)

Other stuff of note.
Am unsure that I am metabolizing the magnesium as efficiently as I should. Still get hints of leg cramps right before menstration.
On the other hand, my hair hasn't curled this much in years. It's great!
I guess I need to be patient.

Next injection in two days. We shall see what happens at that.

Oh. The week I was ill, and most of the week following, were pretty much devoid of any strenuous exersize. That may account for a substantial influence on the constipation.
