So far the increase of vitamin C isn't really doing much, and the cal-mag doesn't have enough magnesium to keep the calcium from contributing to slowing BMs. I am one unhappy camper right now. Will have to do an enema today just to lighten up a little.

In other words, I am not getting the full peristalsis I was enjoying under the higher doses of magnesium without the assist of calcium. Bummer.

There has to be a balance out there somewhere!

On top of that, I just ovulated, and that has been unpleasant yet again (last month too!).

Maybe the answer lies in taking large doses of acidophilus...
Maybe I need to increase magnesium intake a little, adjust when I take certain supplements. Who knows? It's all an experiment.

Sometimes, though, the process, and the wait, are excruciatingly uncomfortable!

I'm a girl. Girls just wanna have fun. I am not having fun right now. :-(

I did go for a run yesterday, 'round in circles at the gym (still too hot to run outside).
Get this, I was running, and these three undergrad frat boy types come in and start running, then after a few minutes they switch directions - so they are coming head-on! What's with that? The track specifies clockwise and counterclock on various days. I was going the right way for a Friday. These guys were being assholes. I kept running. Then they stopped, and walked, in the right direction.

My estimation - the world is slowly sinking into utter and complete anarchie.
Maybe it's a good thing and maybe not. I really don't wanna find out. I prefer peace and harmony myself.

Oh well.

My muscles are 99% better. I no longer fear cramping at night, nor am I concerned about exercise touching off a cramp-fest. So I have resumed the multivitamin, and have decided to increase vitamin C - an experiment to see if the increase helps elimination in any way.
The wonderful thing about vitamin C is that it is very good for you and there is no worry about toxicity (unless one goes for super mega doses up in the tens of thousands - which I am NOT doing). I had been taking about 5000 mg/day. I am going to up that a bit to 7000/day.

I am still regular, but taking magnesium away has definitely had an effect. I no longer make a few really powerful movements in the morning. Now it is just one normal, occasionally followed by some little scraps after mid-morn snack and/or lunch.

Oh, and I upped my intake of acidophilus too. Doubled it. So , that's two pills together in the a.m.

I am thinking of adding acidophilus mid-afternoon as well. I will think on that.

I have lost my running routine b/c of the problems this past month, and am feeling really piggy and sluggish. I am hoping today to get in a small run at the gym. Still too hot here in Tucson to run outside.

Am ready for fall too. Just a few degrees cooler would be nice...

More later.
