Peristalsis every day. Saturday was a bit troublesome so I gave an assist, but that could have been predicted b/c Friday was a late dinner, heavy dinner day. We ate out, at Poca Cosa, downtown, then went to Mike's office so he could finish some work.
I love the food at Poca Cosa but it is filling - I never finish, always bring home at least half - and we realized it is laden with sodium. That must be part of the secret of their tender chicken and meats.

Also, the last three days I have forgotten to take my probiotic in the evening - mainly b/c I am out of 'routine' on the weekend. I can feel the difference too.

Am finished with the report I have been working on all semester! Now I need to write up my proposal in full and get underway with my dissertation writing.

I also want to make time to finish up the basics of my webpage, and write for our IBS/IBD book.
Lots of writing to do.

One thing you should know - my morning routine now involves a smoothie with lots of flax seed (crushed). I have been using one pear, one orange, some frozen peach slices, fresh chopped ginger, and apple cider as ingredients along with the flax. Sometimes I add half a banana.

Most likely I will vary the ingredients, always including the flax of course.
I love the ginger, but Mike says I shouldn't have so much so often. He's right. Too much of a good thing usually isn't!
