Much has happened since last I wrote.
Hurt my back and was horizontal for awhile.
Have had to 'assist' my daily bowel movements with enemas on an almost daily basis.
Have reintroduced running, after 99% recovery from the back injury.
Am just a little perturbed about the need, of late, for elimination assist. I was doing so very well for months, and now I am in this 'blip'.
Oh well.
This too shall pass.
Soon, I hope. It's getting old.
I changed the probiotic intake - am back to the plain kind. Also, changed the flax and psyllium routine. Have returned to my morning intake of psyllium. All of this b/c I am trying to determine what I need to do to return to unassisted regularity.
The nature of IBS is its changeability, and it is definitely a moving target!
More later (and soon!).
