As usual a coupla weeks go by between blogs.
I am doing well - have stayed home the last couple of days b/c I was tired. We have been going full force for months, and frankly I do not like it. I do better at a slower speed.
That's my choice really.
When I lived in NYC, I was at full force all of the time. I prefer time to sit and think and read and goof off...
Goofing off consists of cooking, crossword puzzles, home projects, an occasional movie (usually from blockbuster), and if my timing is good, an old film on TV.
I am still learning how to align my body, and reconize that I have perfect health. I assist that with healthy eating and raw juices. My favorite juice is a chi-tonic from Wild Oats; a combo of beets, carrots and parsley. Yum!
Raw juice definitely aids the digestive process. I intend to learn more about it over the next year, maybe eventually acquiring a juicer and making my own. For the meantime, though, I'll just buy a couple large juices each week.
I have been quite regular - a product, no doubt, of my positive attitude (perfect health NOW) aided by the juice, my morning routine of lemon tea, and aloe juice with breakfast. Oh, and exercise, especially yoga. I haven't run much lately and sorely miss it. That is yet another aspect of being on the go - I miss a regular exercise routine.
Whew! This body does like routine! I have the morning get-the-system-moving routine, the exercise routine, the study routine... I must admit though that the only one that really matters is the morning routine. The others are often 'adjusted' to fit whatever else falls into my weekly schedule.
Philosophy later. Just needed to touch base.
