A Regimen
for Remission
This
log tracks my regimen of attitude, exercise, stress management, and SCD
foods. Since I started this regimen in 1997, I've been able to keep my
Crohn's in a drug-free remission.
Monkey-see,
monkey-don't
Even though I may have experimented beyond the SCD from time to time, one must remember that everyone is different. Follow the intro diet for 3-5 days, and stick with the SCD until you are completely symptom free for at least one year before experimenting.

Dinner: @ Max's Oyster Bar, in West Hartford. Awesome pan-seared Alaskan char, with grilled fennel. An appetizer of fried calamari and some roasted asparagus. Our last fine meal in CT; off to NYC tomorrow to see Dirty Blonde and have dinner with friends.
Ran into my next-door neighbors @ dinner. Wow...

Yes, we're still on vacation, dining like kings @ Betsy and Marv's. It has been raining, quite a novelty for us desert-folk. Great weather for sleeping, reading, or browsing. Which brings me to sixfoot6, the blog of the week. I rarely link to other blogs here, but this site is way too cool to not share with my visitors (especially since I'm not updating my site as often while on vacation). Enjoy!!
Dinner yesterday: broiled scrod, spinach, and a tossed salad. And nearly a whole piece of non-SCD approved pecan pie. Folks, don't try this at home! :-)
