Monsoon is here; it is raining again. The Arizona Daily Star has made their monsoon articles public. Check them out!
Dinner: roasted chicken and a tossed salad.
I thought Flog took the whole blog thing to a new level. Now gym really cakes the cake (in more ways than one)!
Lunch: a BACTLT (bacon, avocado, cheddar, turkey, lettuce, and tomato) sandwich. I managed to strip most of the bread off this delicious sandwich from Daggwood's.
Breakfast: fruit and dccc. Boring, but that's all I wanted. Thursday, June 22, 2000 Dinner: tossed salad and some chicken sausages. We also made steamed summer squash but alas, they were too bitter to eat. Bad batch!
I'm eating a banana. It is pouring rain. And I want this Linux book!
I went out to the post office box and picked up some chicken wings on the way home.
It is time to feed the birds!
Lunchtime! Food, glorious food! salsiccia del tacchino ed insalata, which is turkey suasage and tossed salad.
Breakfast: apples and dccc. Wednesday, June 21, 2000 Dinner: sauteed onions and mushrooms, cauliflower "mashed potatoes", and grilled trout with butter, salt, and pepper.
Lunch: leftover chicken tandoori and turkey burgers and a tossed salad. A nice, juicy peach for dessert.

I was on vacation for a week, and then away on business last week. I should be able to update Flog more frequently now that I am back. Here's Mike and Laura in NYC.
Lunch: chicken tandoori, spinach, and sauteed snap peas with carrots and ginger. Sunday, June 18, 2000 Dinner: chicken tandoori, tossed salad, and sauteed sugar snap peas with carrots and ginger.
Lunch: grilled chicken sausages and a tossed salad.
Breakfast: fruit and scrambled eggs.
Dinner, Yesterday: broiled wild Alaska salmon with butter, salt and pepper, steamed summer squash, and sauteed string beans with garlic. That, and a glass of merlot :-)
