Lunch: tossed salad with flax seeds, string beans with garlic, and tandoori chicken. Friday, November 03, 2000 Dinner: Awesome grilled Pacific wild salmon, sauteed string beans with garlic and ground pepper, and a tossed salad with organic raw apple cider vinegar and flax seed oil dressing. Thursday, November 02, 2000 Dinner: roasted chicken, eggplant bisque, and tossed salad.
Breakfast: fruit, dccc, dried figs. Wednesday, November 01, 2000 Breakfast: an apple, dccc with mezquite honey, organic strawberries. Tuesday, October 31, 2000 Breakfast: fruit, dccc, nut mix, and some organic herbal peppermint tea. Monday, October 30, 2000 Hey! Check out the USDA nutrient database!
Dinner: Laura roasted a delicious organic chicken with carrots, onion, and celery. I made a tossed salad with some ground flax seeds for extra fiber.
Lunch: leftover turkey burgers with punjab eggplant. A pear for dessert.
Breakfast: fruit, dry curd cottage cheese (dccc). Sunday, October 29, 2000 Dinner: grilled turkey burgers, tossed salad, and steamed artichokes with butter. Afterwards, a lovely walk around the neighborhood. We admired the beautiful Earth-lit dark side of the moon and Venus setting in the west.
Sorry, Flog Fans... I have been remiss in updating you on my regimen for remission. I have been very busy, and just now found a moment to update my Crohn's food log. So, here goes:
