Breakfast: fruit, SCD yogurt, nuts.
Live SCDiet Chat: Wed 2/7 @ 9PM EST Sunday, February 04, 2001 Dinner: delicious chicken cattiatore! Dessert: SCD yogurt. I happen to prefer the yogurt from my first batch. It might be the type of milk I used this time (which was unhomogenized) which gave the yogurt a "lumpier" consistency and a less tart taste. That said.. it's still quite good!
Breakfast: fruit, nuts, cheese. The yogurt is finished, and is cooling in the refrigerator. I look forward to enjoying it after my trip to the gym.
