Nirvana of Peristalsis

(also known as Mike's Flog)

A Regimen for Remission
This log tracks my regimen of attitude, exercise, stress management, and SCD foods. Since I started this regimen in 1997, I've been able to keep my Crohn's in a drug-free remission.

Monkey-see,
monkey-don't

Even though I may have experimented beyond the SCD from time to time, one must remember that everyone is different. Follow the intro diet for 3-5 days, and stick with the SCD until you are completely symptom free for at least one year before experimenting.

Hmmm... no posts to Mike's Flog since August 2005? What's up?! Did Mike's keyboard jam up from too many crumbs from his homemade honey jumbles? Did he fall into a vat of homemade SCD yogurt?

Thanks for asking, all is well with Mike! Mike is busy with work, house projects, and cooking (albeit nothing particularly new to add to the existing Flog entries). Yes, we're still planning on publishing our SCD recipes; hopefully later this year.

In the interim, here's a link to someone else's food log, including photos - in this case, a vegan food log (albeit not SCD legal, but interesting nonetheless)!
